摘要：房地产项目建设过程中存在很多安全风险,作为房地产企业安全保障系统平台技术支撑的安全保障技术,在保障建设项目安全的过程中发挥的作用越来越显著。通过设计开发项目全生命周期的安全保障技术系统,在规划设计、招标和施工阶段实施相应的技术措施,建立项目系统集成平台,以达到过程控制、实时监控、信息共享和科学保障项目安全的目的,以期实现工程建设项目全生命周期的安全保障。

Researchon Security Technology in Real Estate Project

Abstract:Thereare many security risks in real estate project process so security technologyas the real estate enterprise security system platform for technical support ismore and more significant in the process of project security.  Through design and development project ofsecurity technology system at whole life cycle，authors carry out correspondingtechnical measures in design，bidding andconstruction phases of system integration platform to achieve process control  real-time monitoring information sharing andthe project safety security and the security of construction projects at wholelife cycle is achieved.
