摘要
建筑电气系统对于项目运营起着至关重要的作用。在建筑规模日益规模化与复杂化的大背景下,电气系统的管理需求越来越高,基于传统CAD图纸的建筑电气系统能够管理由于其固有问题在信息求问题上造成了非生产时间和成本的浪费。
本文分析了基于CAD图纸建筑电气系统管理的信息分布碎片化、大规模文件交叉引用等固有问题,并进一步论述了BIM的应用现状和BIM对于建筑电气系统管理的优势所在,同时分析了当前BIM在建筑电气领域的粗粒度建模瓶颈问题,结合系统信息模型(SIM)针对连接关系管理的特点,提出了基于BIM与SIM的信息集成来改善建筑电气系统管理方式,并从软件集成(DAD与Revit)、数据交换标准、模型信息粒度等三个方面对BIM与SIM的模型集成性进行了分析,论证了该方案的可行性。基于BIM与SIM的建筑电气系统管理具体实施方案包括BIM建模和SIM建模、模型集成等三个步骤。通过BIM-SIM集成模型在建筑电气系统管理的全寿命周期的运用,实现了其全寿命周期内的设计优化、设备管理及其缆线信息的可视化施工管理、基于设备关系的可视化运营故障探测等三大管理功能。
为实践基于BIM-SIM的建筑电气系统管理方案,武汉中南路地铁站BIM管理信息系项目引进了DAD软件,构建中南路地铁站的BIM-SIM电气集成模型,并连接到运营端中,实现了对车站机电系统更加完善的管理。

Abstract
As theincreasing scale and complexity of building, there are more and more requirementsfor improvement in management of building electrical system that plays animportant role in project operation, compared to the way based on thetraditional CAD drawings which causes much non production time and cost ofwaste.
This study conductthe discussion about the inherent problems of CAD drawings consisting of the fragmentationof information distribution management and large-scale cross references to, etc.The application of BIM in electrical construction industry becomes more andmore widespread and profound because of its parametric and distributed modelwith IPD, however, which is limited by coarse-grain modeling of BIM at present.Considering SIM is a digital representation of the connected system, there is aproposed scheme of SIM assited BIM based management for building electricalsystem, and assessed from three aspects of software integration (DAD andRevit), data exchange standard and model information granularity. The schemeincludes three specific implementation steps: the process of modeling of BIMand SIM, as well as the integration of models. Then through applying BIM-SIM integration model in the lifecyclemanagement of building electrical system the lifecycle design optimization formodel, information visual construction management of asset and its cable, and operationfault detection based on visualization the relationship among assets arerealized.
As there hasbeen limited empirical research that has examined the nature of SIM as aassited tool for BIM within electrical system, a case study was undertaken, anintroduction of DAD software to Wuhan Zhongnan Road metro station informationmanagement systems based on BIM, which has improved MEP system management ofthe station.
