地铁隧道管片装配化施工质量管理研究

摘要

近年来装配化施工日益受到高度重视,因其工业化程度高、建造速度快、产品质量高等方面的优点,在国内得到了迅速推广和使用。装配化施工的推广使用对建筑行业传统的质量管理模式提出了严峻挑战,传统的质量管理方式应用于装配化施工暴露出诸多不适应性,如质量控制理念不足、质量信息传递不及时等。随着信息技术在建筑行业的进一步深入应用,为项目质量管理提供了有力的工具。本文将信息技术引入地铁隧道管片施工,研究论述了管片装配化施工质量管理方法。

本文首先介绍了装配化施工的内涵、特点以及主要优势,对装配化建造与传统建造的区别进行了综合的分析。以地铁隧道管片施工为例,介绍了管片装配化施工过程,包括管片生产和管片拼装;阐述了构件节点连接与控制、构件工厂化生产和构件安装精度控制等关键技术;并对面临的如建设体制机制不适应、现行标准存在不完善、信息化程度不高、质量控制点设置不足和人员组织方面配置不合理等问题提出应对解决措施。在此基础上着重讨论了管片装配化施工质量管理体系,包括装配化施工质量形成过程、质量标准体系、质量管理组织和质量控制点设置。同时详细讨论了管片装配化施工质量模型的建模方法,在3D BIM管片模型基础上集成进度数据构成4D动态进度模型,同时集成POP质量数据构成管片装配化施工5D质量模型。论文提出了由施工单位现场质量自控、监理单位质量监控和政府主管部门质量治理相结合的管片装配化施工质量管理实施方法。最后通过武汉地铁某区间项目案例实证分析,基于信息技术的质量管理实施方法应用,有助于保证管片装配化施工质量,提高工作效率约50%。

Abstract

In recent years, precast construction has received increasing attention. With the advantages of high degree of industrialization, fast construction speed and good product quality, precast construction has been rapidly popularized and widely applied in China.The traditional construction industry is experiencing a revolution, problems exsiting in the previous quality management such as insufficient quality control and delay of information transferring needs be solved. Information techonology has provided an efficient tool forengineering quality management.

Firstly the thesis introduces the connotation, characteristics and main advantages of precast construction, as well as makes a comprehensive analysis of the difference between precast and traditional construction. Takingthe construction of metro tunnel segments as an example, the precast construction process and key techniques have been introduced. Based on that, the thesis conducts the discussion on the metro tunnel segments precast construction quality management system, which includesquality formation, quality standard system,quality control organizationandquality control point set.Also, the modeling approach and data structure of segments precast construction quality model have been studied. Through linking scheduling data to BIM model of segments, a 4D dynamic schedule model can be built, which constructed a 5D quality model with aggregation of POP quality data including codes and standards. Then the segments precast construction quality management method is proposed, which combines the self-control by contractors, supervision by supervision units and quality control by government administration department.Finally through a case study of Wuhan metro project case, the application of quality management method based on information technology has been demonstrated to help improving segments precast construction quality.
