Distinguished from conventional construction technics and management patterns, digital construction is growing into a new methodology of the AEC industry which highly takes advantages of digitalization and automation based technologies. It brings the revolution of project management on resource organization, construction process and the modality of building production, stimulating the innovation of construction project management modes and methods. This study specifically focuses on several scientific problems referring to construction service organization, the coordination and optimization of construction resources and the site security control. System theory, game theory, behavioral science and big-data mining method are applied for this study to: 1)determine the concept of construction service connotation and characteristic, establishing a life-cycle construction service classification system and a model of construction demands and construction service, preforming the composition and optimization construction services based on artificial intelligence planning method; 2)investigate the resource coordinating and incentive mechanisms of construction participants in a parallel contract mode according to the off-site construction, integrating the “fabrication-construction” construction network schedule planning method and the multi-objective equilibrium optimization model of general contract mode; and 3) use big data from construction site, propose an unsafe behavior model and the coupling laws of the people-machine-environment system and a new data driven pre-control approach on construction site. The outcomes will enrich the theory and methodology of construction project management in the context of digital construction of China.

本项目针对数字建造模式下工程项目资源组织方式、生产方式及产品形态方面的变革,围绕变革中对应的线上工程建造服务组织安排、线下工厂化生产调度协调和现场安全主动控制等核心问题,融合人工智能、系统建模、优化决策等理论与方法,理论结合实践展开研究。.率先界定了数字建造定义,阐明了其内涵,形成了全面系统的数字建造理论框架和技术体系,编著了我国第一套《数字建造》丛书,出版学术专著《数字建造导论》。获得“中国政府出版奖”;钱七虎院士评价本书“数字建造研究领域具有开创性的成果”。.形成了工程建造服务 建模、组合优化方法,面向建筑工人这一行业关键性服务资源,建立了建筑工人评价模型与描述方法,构建了建筑工人产业互联网平台模式及基于区块链的工人信息管理模型,为建筑产业工人队伍培育提供理论与方法支撑。.针对数字建造下工厂化生产现场装配的工程建造方法,率先提出“制造-建造”模式,考虑阶段之间资源调度的离散性、联动性、多空间作业等特点,研究设置了“制造-建造”两阶段协同调度方法及不确定性环境下的缓冲配置策略,构建了“制造-建造”模式下生产、运输和装配一体化建模的资源调度体系。.形成了数据驱动的施工现场“人-机-环”安全风险智能控制方法体系。构建基于深度学习的“人机料法环”对象识别和知识抽取模型,建立了“对象-关系-场景”解析推理模型,提高了模型泛化能力和可解释性;揭示了典型吊装违规操控行为作用规律,分析了塔机结构局部失稳征兆表征。挖掘现场工人不安全行为演化规律与过程,研发了工地危险能量动态隔离控制方法。.研究发表论文129篇,其中SCI论文94篇,ESI高被引论文5篇,单篇最高被引用320余次。获得省部级奖1项、湖北省专利银奖1项,发明专利12项。研究成果在武汉地铁、中韩(武汉石化)等项目应用,成果获得教育部科技进步一等奖、湖北省专利奖银奖。
