摘要：地铁施工广泛采用传统授课式的安全培训,存在培训形式单一、培训内容死板,培训效果不够显著等问题。本文以武汉轨道交通三号线双墩站为研究案例,利用基于图示语言的地铁施工行为安全培训系统,针对其实际施工情况开展安全培训,对该系统的表达形式以及功能进行简要介绍,并概述该系统的实际应用过程,通过收集相关培训反馈数据,从参加培训工人的满意度、工人培训成绩和工人现场行为安全表现等三个方面进行培训效果分析。通过图示语言系统进行地铁施工行为安全培训的实践研究,解决了传统安全培训存在的问题。利用该系统开展安全培训工作,可以有效改善企业安全氛围,提高施工安全管理水平。

EffectAnalysis of the Visual Language-based Safety Training System

for Metro Construction

Abstract:Accordingto the problems of monotonous form，inflexiblecontent and insignificant effect confronted by the convenient training systemsfor metro construction，this paper introducedthe application status of the training system in Shuangdun Station of Line 3，Wuhan Metro． By using the behavior safetytraining system based on visual language，itcould conduct safety training with the actual construction situation，introduced the expression andfunction of this system，collected concerningdataand analyzed the application effect in terms of satisfaction of trainedconstruction workers，worker’straining testperformance and their unsafety behavior during their daily work． The analyze result suggestedthat the visual language-based safety training system was able to solveproblems whichthe conventional safety training programs are confronting． Also，by using this system to conductthe work of safety training，the safety climate andmanagement on metro construction sites can beeffectively improved．
