摘要
我国地铁工程建设正处于高速发展时期,地铁的建设将极大的缓解城市交通压力。然而,随着全国地铁建设规模逐步增大,地铁工程施工安全事故频发,引起社会负面影响较大。由于地铁项目施工地点、施工内容、施工作业时间的相互交错,容易导致不稳定且难以协调的状态。因此需要采用信息技术构建地铁施工时间及空间模型,施工现场进行空间安全管理。
本文首先分析了地铁事故种类及其成因,指出地铁这种大型复杂工程应该在施工前以及施工过程中在空间和时间上对现场情况及时全面的管理,并提出引入 BIM技术集成地铁工程地理位置、工程地质条件、周边建筑物及地下管线的分布特点、工程设计方案、施工工法、现场施工人员和机械行为等多因素综合影响。然后经过文献阅读分析以及 BIM 技术应用案例学习,提出应用 BIM 技术应用于施工空间安全管理的方法及其主要技术路线。最后通过 BIM 技术具体在某地铁项目应用,分析实际应用效果评价。
本文为管理者构建了直观的空间安全管理方法,为指导地铁工程施工安全展开提供了直观了解的平台,对确保地铁工程施工安全具有重要意义。

Abstract
Metro construction in our country is in rapid development, which will greatly easethe pressures of urban traffic. However, with gradually increasing construction scale ofMetro subway in China, frequent accidents aroused negative impact in society. thetimespace intersecting of construction sites, construction activities, construction durationmakes it particularly difficult to coordinate unstable systems.Therefore informationtechnology is requires to construct the time and space metro construction mode for spacesafety management of construction site.
This thesis first analyzes metro construction accidents and their causes, then concludethe difficulty in the preconstruction and construction onsite without delay due to a lackof timespace model. And then use BIM technology to integrategeology condition,geographical location, surrounding buildings and underground pipeline distribution,engineering design, construction plan, personnel and machinery path onsite and otherfactors.Second, addresses main method of space safety management based on BIMtechnology in construction.Finally, introduce BIM application in Wuhan Metro project and its evaluation.
This thesis construct an intuitive approach to space security management formanagers, and he provides a platform for metro engineering construction safety throughan intuitive understanding to ensure the Metro constructionsafety of great significance.
