面向数字建造的工程设计组织模式研究

摘 要

如今数字技术和信息技术飞速发展,在工程建造领域中的应用广泛而深入。数字技术和信息技术深入应用在工程建造领域中逐渐提出了数字建造这一新的工程建造模式,以解决工程建造领域中存在的行业分离的现象。

在数字建造模式下,设计阶段作为信息集成源头,在工程建造的全寿命周期中有着举足轻重的地位,具体表现为工程建造的重心由建造实施过程转移到了设计阶段。本文通过分析工程建造行业的发展趋势,分析面向数字建造的工程设计组织模式。

首先,数字建造给工程行业带来了变革,原有的设计方式不能够满足数字建造模式下对于建造过程设计规划的要求。并且数字建造模式下工程产品趋向于制造业的产品特性。因此,本文借鉴制造业的先进的设计经验,提出了MBD(Model Based Definition,MBD)工程设计方法,在三维的几何设计信息基础上集成加工建造的工艺和工序的信息。

然后,在MBD工程的设计方式发展完全打破了企业原有企业文化、管理体制、生产方式,也将驱动整个企业的业务管理理念和企业构架的再造。本文从MBD-MBE(Model Based Enterprise)实现的技术路线和企业战略路线两个方面,提出了企业设计组织模式重组的构想。最后,通过案例分析来验证本文提出的设计方式和设计组织模式的合理性和可行性。

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and digital technology is widely applied in engineering construction. With digital technology and information technology widely applied in engineering construction, the digital construction mode gradually has been put forward to solve separation phenomenon existed in engineering construction industry.

In digital construction mode, the design phase as a source of information integration, which has a pivotal position in the whole life cycle. The critical work of the project has been transferred to design stage by construction implementation process. The thesis analyzes engineering design pattern by analyzing the development trend of the construction industry.

Firstly, digital construction brings transformation for engineering industry, the original design pantten couldn’t match the new construction model. And the engineering products tend to be a product characteristics of the manufacturing industry. Therefore, by using the manufacturing advanced experience, the thesis puts forward the Model-based Definition engineering design organization pattern, which integrated processing construction technology and process information in 3D model.

Then, the new design way completely broke the original enterprise culture, management system and mode of production, and also would drive the whole enterprise business management concept and architecture of reengineering. The thesis points the idea of design enterprise transformation from two aspects, which are the technical route of MBE and the strategic route of enterprise transformation. Finally, case analysis is given to verify the rationality and feasibility of the design pattern and design organization model.
