基于BIM的施工现场材料需求计划的编制

摘 要

在工程建设的管理过程中,施工现场材料管理是工程项目管理的重要环节。目前,在材料管理过程中仍然存在许多的问题:材料需求计划的编制依赖于人工经验,计划不及时不准确,缺少施工现场实时动态信息,计划与现场实际脱节显著,出现材料供应过量引起的材料浪费、现场材料积压、堆放拥挤,材料供应不及时引起施工进度拖延。将BIM技术引入施工现场材料管理,自动生成材料需求计划,实现动态的材料管理,有效的提高现场材料的精细化管理水平,对于现场材料的管理具有重要的现实意义。

本文在国内外有关BIM技术及其在材料管理领域应用研究的基础上,对研究的不足进行了归纳总结。根据现场材料管理内容和信息管理,研究分析了现场材料信息化管理的特点和现状,提出利用BIM技术的适用性,以及材料需求计划在材料管理中的重要性。通过建立信息模型,分析影响材料需求计划动态变化的因素,提出基于BIM的材料需求计划自动生成方案设计。在系统的开发设计中,详细介绍了系统的架构设计、功能设计、数据流规划以及如何利用Revit API接口和Microsoft Project软件自动生成材料需求计划。最后,本文以某工程为案例,验证了材料需求计划自动生成的效果。

本文研究开发的施工现场材料需求计划自动生成与动态管理,可以帮助建筑施工企业更有效的进行材料计划管理。本文的研究成果能够转变传统材料管理的思路,提高现场材料管理水平,为建筑施工企业现场材料管理提供有价值的参考。

Abstract

In the process of project construction management, on-site material management is an important part of project management. At present, there are still many problems in the material management: the preparation of material requirement planning depends on the manual experience, plan is not timely and accurate, lack of real-time dynamic information and plan doesn’t meet the actual situation, resulting in material waste, on-site material backlog, stacking crowded by excessive supply of materials and construction progress delay by not timely supply of materials. Introducing BIM into on-site material management can generate material requirement planning automatically, realize dynamic material management and improve the level of fine management of materials effectively. It has important practical significance in the field of material management.

Based on the research of BIM technology and its application in material management at home and abroad, the shortcomings of research is summarized by this thesis. According to on-site material management contents and information management, the thesis analyzes the characteristics and current situation of the information management of on-site materials, and puts forward the applicability of using BIM technology and the importance of material requirement planning in the management of materials. By establishing information model and analyzing the factors affecting the dynamic variation of the material requirement planning, the scheme of automatic generation of material requirement planning based on BIM is proposed. In the development and design of the system, the system architecture design, function design, data flow planning and how to use Revit API interface and Microsoft Project software to automatically generate material requirements planning are introduced in detail. Finally, the effect of automatic generation of material requirement planning is verified by a project as an example.

The development of material requirement planning and dynamic management raised by this thesis can help construction enterprises manage material plan more effectively. The research results of this thesis can change the thinking of traditional material management, improve the level of on-site material management and provide valuable reference for on-site material management of construction enterprises.
