摘 要
随着经济水平的提高,能源供需矛盾越演烈。建筑能耗是我国终端重要组成部分,建筑节能在减排工作中必须发挥重大作用。大型公共单位面积能耗极高,是建筑能耗的密度领域。降低大型公建的能源消耗、提高能源利用率,成为亟需解决的问题。因此,研究大型公共建筑节能管理具有非常强烈现实意义。
论文对国内外关于建筑能耗调查与统计、大型公共节能管理及节能改造评价的研究文献进行了梳理,结合我国大型公共建筑能耗现状及特点总出目前我国大型公共建筑节能管理存在的问题。此基础上,设计了某国际博览中心运营期节能管理方案。首先分析了节能技术体系,重点介绍热电冷联供系统、地源泵技术以及太阳能光伏电板三类节在国博项目中的应用。随后提出了运BIM技术对建筑能耗进行统计分析,这是的一种建筑能耗统计的新方法、新思路。论文对国博建筑热工性能、照明系统及空调进行了耗测算与分析,提出相应的设计建议。数据表明,某国博能耗量巨大,需要安装监测系统进行实时控与管理。因此,论文也对能耗监测系统的信息、功架构等进行了研究。最后,根据这些数据,论文从政府和企业作为建筑节能参与主体的不同角度出发,分别提出了节能政策建议和企业管理措施。
论文对推动我国建筑节能工作,特别是大型公共具有指导意义也在建筑节能理论方面做了一些贡献。但该国博运营期节能管理效果还有待实践验证。

Abstract
The contradiction betweensupply and demand of energy is intensified with the rise of economic level.Building energy consumption is an important part of the terminal energyconsumption in China, so building energy efficiency must play a major role in energyconservation and emission reduction. Reducing building energy consumption and improvingenergy efficiency have become an urgent problem. Therefore, the study of largepublic buildings energy management has a very strong practical significance.
Research literature at homeand abroad on the building energy consumption survey and statistics, the largepublic building energy management and energy-saving evaluation have beenanalyzed. And combined with the status and characteristics of China's large-scalepublic building energy consumption,
the thesis summarizes up the existed problemsof China's large public building energy efficiency. On this basis,the design of energy management program
of the operation stage for WuhanInternational Expo Centre is presented. First of all, the energy-savingtechnology system is analyzed, and the application of
CCHP system, groundsource heat pump and solar photovoltaic panels in Wuhan International ExpoCentre gets the highlighting. Subsequently, the thesis proposes using BIMtechnology for statistical analysis of building energy consumption, which is a newmethod and new ideas for building energy consumption statistics. Energy consumptioncalculation and analysis of the building thermal performance, lighting and air-conditioningsystem are developed, the design recommendations
are also proposed.
The data shows that theenergy consumption of Wuhan International Expo Centre is huge, and energymonitoring system for realtime monitoring and management is necessary. As aconsequence, the thesis also focuses on monitoring information, system functionsand framework of energy consumption monitoring system. Finally, based on thesedata, we carry out the energy-saving policy recommendations and enterpriseenergy management measures from the point of government and
enterprises whichare major participants of energy efficiency.
The thesis has guiding significancefor the promotion of China's building energy efficiency, especially for largepublic building energy efficiency, and also has made some contribution tobuilding energy conservation theory. However, the energy management effect forInternational Expo Centre remains to be proved in practice.
