摘 要
近年来我国各地都在兴建各类大型项目,业主在项目管理的过程中需要面对海量的数据和决策难题。许多文献中都提出引入项目总控模式,应用现代信息化手段,可以为业主的决策提供支持。但是项目总控理论的研究主要集中在项目总控模式和该模式的信息传递方式上,对于项目总控报告却没有形成统一的框架,因此设计项目总控报告框架和内核就显得尤为重要。
本文在查阅了大量国内外文献资料的基础上,对项目总控的相关理论进行了阐述,进而设计了大型项目合同总控报告。本文首先论述了大型项目管理理论,然后在此基础上阐述了项目总控理论,并构建了不同分类情况下的项目总控报告体系;其次阐述了信息可视化理论,并针对项目总控的信息特点,提出了应用信息可视化进行合同总控报告信息的处理;再次提出了项目合同总控报告的设计前提和原则,按照合同总控的不同阶段对项目合同总控报告的输入信息、需求分析、输出信息规划进行了深入分析,进而构建了项目合同总控报告内核的设计方法、设计流程以及合同总控报告内核的内容。
本文以武汉国际博览中心项目为对象,根据实际调研情况分析了该项目合同总控的具体需求,进而对其合同总控进行了规划,在完善公司相关制度的基础上设计了相应的合同总控报告,并以合同支付管理为例阐述了项目合同总控内核部分。

Abstract
Various large projects are being constructed all over the country. In the process ofproject management, owners need to face vast amounts of data and decisionmakingproblems. Many studies have proposed the applicationof the Project Controlling modecan support the decision for the owners. But theoretical study of Project Controllingfocuse on its mode and the way of information transmission of the mode. However, thereis no unified framework onthe report for Project Controlling mode. Thus, it is particularlyimportant to design the Project Controlling reporting framework and its kernel.
Based on the examining of a large amount of domestic and foreign literatures, theauthor elaborates theoriesrelated to project controlling, and then designs the contractreport on largescale project. This thesis describes largescale project management theory,based on which describes project controlling theory, builds up a project controllingreporting system. And then the author describes the theory of information visualizationand proposes processing reporting information of contract controlling applyinginformation visualization targeted at the characteristics of project controlling information.More over the author raises the designing prerequisites and principles of project contractcontrolling, deeply analyses information input, needs analysis and information outputplanning of project contract controlling according to different stages of contractcontrolling, then builds up designing methods and designing processes of project contract controlling report's kernel and the content of contract controlling report's kernel.
This thesis takes Wuhan International EXPO Centre Project as an example andanalyses specific needs of its project contract controlling according to actual research.Furthermore, it plans contract controlling and designs corresponding contract controllingreport based on improving the company's relevant regime. At last, it describes the kernel part of the project contract controlling report using contract payment management as an example.
