摘 要
目前我国城市轨道交通建设正处于高速发展时期,城市轨道交通工程建设实施具有投资规模大、技术难度高、专业性强、参与单位多、接口复杂等特点,给其建设管理提出了极大挑战。然而我国城市轨道交通建设起步晚,管理经验积累不够,需大量研究与探索,因此研究先进、适用的城市轨道交通建设管理模式显得尤为必要。
本文以我国城市轨道交通建设管理模式为研究对象,首先从业主方投资建设管理的角度,重新归纳总结了目前我国城市轨道交通建设管理模式的类型,对各种模式进行了定义、分析以及比较。然后通过分析城市轨道交通建设管理的关键因素,指出信息化是提高城市轨道交通建设管理水平的根本途径,为了实现信息技术在城市轨道交通建设管理模式中的应用,引入虚拟建设理论,并在该理论指导下提出了基于虚拟建设的城市轨道交通建设管理模式。接着对基于虚拟建设的城市轨道交通建设项目管理组织进行设计,构建了城市轨道交通工程虚拟组织的架构,并对每种城市轨道交通建设管理模式下的城市轨道交通虚拟组织进行了具体设计。最后对基于虚拟建设的城市轨道交通项目管理信息平台进行构建,该平台以 BIM 技术、PIP技术为关键支撑,并集成了各类管理信息系统,提出了基于 IFC 的城市轨道交通全生命周期信息集成模型、城市轨道交通项目管理信息平台的概念模型与功能模型,还提出了该平台下业主方的项目管理信息系统(PMIS)的整体框架。

Abstract
At present, urban rail transit construction of our country is in a period of high speedgrowth. The characteristics of urban rail transit construction, such as large investmentscale, high technology, high specialization, a lot of participation unit, and a great quantityof interface and so on, bring immense difficulty to its construction management. However,urban rail transit construction of our country started later, the accumulation ofmanagement experience is notsufficient, still needing more research and exploration.Therefore, the research for suitable management mode of city urban rail transit construction project is extremely necessary.
The thesis researches on the construction management mode of urban rail transit ofour country. First, from the viewpoint ofowner investment and construction managementit divides them into four categories, and analyzes each category. Next, thekeyfactors ofconstruction management of urban rail transit are researched and analyzed, and theconclusion is thatinformatization is the basic approach to improve the level ofconstruction management of urban rail transit. To achieve the application of informationtechnology in the construction management mode of urban rail transit, the theory ofvirtual construction is introduced, with the direction of this theory, the constructionmanagement modeofurban rail transit based on virtual construction is proposed. Third,management organization of urban rail transit construction based on virtual construction isdesigned, the framework of virtual organization is built, and virtual organization ofeachconstruction management mode of urban rail transit is specifically designed. Finally,project management information platform of urban rail transit construction based onvirtual construction is built, this platform is supported by BIM technology and PIPtechnology, it integrates other kinds of project management systems, the life cycleinformation integration model of urban rail transit based on IFC is established, the conceptmodel and the functional model of project management information platform of urban railtransit construction is proposed, the owner’s project management information system(PMIS) under the platform is also proposed.
