摘 要

   知识管理的研究在国际上已逐渐兴起，它不仅在理论方面快速发展，而且在实践方面也不断地进行尝试。这种新型的管理活动首先在 IT 业、咨询业等知识密集型行业进行了富有成效的尝试，然后逐步拓展到建筑业。为应对这种新型的管理实践活动，有必要对建筑业知识管理战略、技术、学习机制和管理服务进行研究。

   本文的主要研究内容如下：

   对知识管理的有关基本概念进行深入分析，综述了国内外知识管理研究情况，在此基础上提出建筑业知识管理需要研究的问题；接着对建筑业知识管理进行定义，并提出建筑业知识管理的对策、战略和以及战略实施中的误区。

   依据建筑业知识管理战略设计，分析了支持知识管理的技术，并对 IT 技术在建筑业知识管理的应用和效用进行评估；分析了建筑业传统总结项目经验的方法，在此基础上提出了基于事件的项目学习方法，分析了它的知识体系、反馈机制和关键活动以及实施要点，并结合案例对这一学习方法做了进一步的说明；设计了基于XML 建筑业知识管理 Web 服务的内容、技术架构，在总结维衡网上项目管理实践和欧洲 CIB 的 E-cognos 项目实践的基础上提出了建筑业知识管理 Web 服务应提供的服务内容，并对 Web 服务的发展方向做出了预测，最后介绍了知识管理在工程质量管理系统中的尝试性实践，分析了它的知识路线、质量知识和实现技术。

Abstract

   The  research  about  Knowledge  Management  has  warmed  up  international,  whichnot  only  develops  in  theory,  but  also  in  practice  try.  The  new  management  activity  hasfruitfully practiced in knowledgeintegrated industry, such as IT、Consultation etc. Now it expends to construction industry. It is necessary to establish research about construction industry’s  knowledge  management’s  strategy 、 supporting  technology 、 learningmechanism and service mode to cope with the new management activity.

   The main works in this paper are:

   The  paper  analyzed  correlative  conceptions  about  Knowledge  Management,summarized  national  and  international  research  works  about  Knowledge  Management.Then  the  article  put  forward  the  main  problem  of  construction  industry’s  KnowledgeManagement, and gave its definition、countermeasures、strategy and some question about its establishment.

   According to strategy, the paper analyzed its supporting technology, also evaluatedIT  technology’s  usage  and  effectivein  construction  industry;  analyzed  traditionalmethods  to  summarize  experience  in  construction  industry,  then put  forwardaccidentbased project learning method, which analyzes its knowledge systemfeedbackmechanismkey activities and main question in its establishment, at last further analyzedthe process with a case; the paper put forward service content andtechnology structure ofbaseon  XML  Web  service  of  construction  industry  knowledge  management,  withsummary of practice cases, the paper put forward development direction of Web service,at last the paper introduced Knowledge Management application in construction quality management system.
