绿色建筑与绿色施工评价研究

摘 要

   当可持续发展成为人类和自然协调发展的全球化战略的时候,绿色建筑也成为建筑业发展的必然趋势,而绿色建筑的评价是绿色建筑发展的关键问题。当国外一些发达国家和地区已经针对绿色建筑推出了一系列比较成熟的评价体系时,我国的绿色建筑评价研究才刚刚起步。鉴于此,本文针对绿色建筑评价体系进行了研究,为我国绿色建筑评价体系的发展和完善进行了理论方面的探索。

   本文对国内外现有的几种主要绿色建筑评价体系进行了详细分析研究,从评价对象、评价内容、评价机制和评价方法四个方面进行了横向对比研究和分析,发现它们都缺乏对绿色建筑经济性和地域性的评价,致使整体内容欠缺。在此基础上,本文提出并建立了绿色建筑的经济性评价指标体系和地域性评价指标体系,并对各评价指标的含义、评价内容和评价方法进行了研究和分析。

   另一方面,绿色施工作为在建筑业落实可持续发展战略的重要手段和关键环节,已经被越来越多的业内人士所了解。但是我国到目前为止仍没有专门的针对绿色施工的评价体系,缺乏确定的标准来衡量施工企业的绿色施工水平,对绿色施工的推广和管理造成了障碍。为了系统客观的对施工阶段的管理和活动进行评价,本文在参考各种绿色建筑评价体系的指标和广泛调查的基础上,建立了一套完整的绿色施工评价指标体系,并确定了各个指标的评价等级标准,通过层次分析法计算出各个指标的权重,运用模糊综合评价法建立了绿色施工评价模型,最后,运用绿色施工评价模型对一工程进行了模拟评价,证明了其实用性。绿色施工评价为政府和开发商评价承包商的环境表现提供了依据,也可作为承包商进行自我评价的工具,有利于他们在环境绩效方面的持续改进。

Abstract

   When  the  sustainable  development  becomes  global  stratagem  of  harmoniousdevelopment between human being and nature, green buildings has become the inevitabletrend of construction industry, and then establishing green building assessment isa crucialproblem  of  developing  green  buildings.  While  some  foreign  developed  countries  andregions  have  established  a  series  of  comparatively  mature  green  building  assessmentsystems, studies of green building assessment have just begun in China. So, focusing onstudies of the green building assessment system, this thesis has developed the theoryfor its development and improvement in China.

   In this thesis, several main domestic and foreign green building assessment systemshave been analyzed and compared in detail viewed from the object, contents, mechanismand  assessment  method,  obtaining  that  economic  and  regional  assessmentof  greenbuilding  in  these  systems  are  deficient,  thus  resulting  in  the  overall  deficiency  of  thecontent. Onthis  basis,  economic  assessment  system  and  regional  assessment  system  ofgreen building are presented and established, meanwhile the meanings of each assessmentindicator, assessment content, and assessment method are analyzed and investigated.  

   On the other hand, green construction, as a significant means and tache to implementthe  strategy  of  sustainable  development  in  construction  industry,  has  widely  beenacquainted.  However,  our  country  has  no  specific  assessment system  which  especiallyaims at green construction by far. Due to lacking certain standards to measure the level ofgreen  construction  of  construction  enterprise,  it  makes  an  obstacle  in  popularizing  andmanaging  green  construction.  Toassess  these management  and  activities  in  constructionphase  systematically  and  objectively,  a  whole  green  construction  assessment  indicatorsystem  was  established  through  reference  of  the  indicators  of  existing  green  buildingassessment system and broad investigationand corresponding assessment grade criteria ofeach indicator is developed. Thenthe weighting of each indicator is awarded through AHPand green construction assessment model is created using fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod.  Finally,  green  construction  assessment  model  is  applied  to  a  project,  which  hasprovenits practicability. Green construction assessment helps to set standards to evaluatecontractor’s performance and provideatool for their self-assessment, which is helpful for contractor’s continuous improvement on environmental performance.
