大型建筑施工企业的信息化是影响其市场核心竞争力的重要因素。然而我国大型施工企业在信息化过程中，标准化工作的重视程度还不够，导致信息系统及数据生产重复建设现象严重。由于缺乏信息化技术标准化的工作基础，施工企业信息化的海量基础数据受困于某个单独的信息系统中，不能为其他系统所再次使用，造成数据资源浪费。因此大型施工企业面对众多的分子公司和项目部产生的海量数据，迫切需要构建一个数据共享与交换的公共平台—数据中心，本文以此为出发点，探讨了数据中心及其技术规范的相关问题。
论文首先分析大型施工企业信息化过程中存在的问题，指出构建标准化数据交换与共享流程和接口是解决问题的途径；阐述了国内外大型施工企业信息化的应用情况及数据共享相关标准规范的研究情况以及数据中心技术规范研究的目的和意义。
论文第三章直接切入数据中心的概念性分析，归纳了数据中心的发展历程和各个发展阶段的主要功能，对其地位和作用作了一定的分析。重点对数据中心建设的相关标准及规范也作了尝试性的总结和归纳。
在论文第四章，视角提升到了数据中心技术规范的上一级框架，引入了大型施工企业信息化标准体系，对其进行了概念性的相关理论分析，并初步探讨了大型施工企业信息化标准体系的框架结构。
第五章重点介绍了数据中心技术规范的相关理论，并结合国内外的研究成果，对数据中心技术规范的体系内容进行了理论层面上的设计探讨。
最后，分析了某大型施工企业信息化现状，包括软硬件配置情况，现有系统的使用情况，并对该企业数据中心的规划方案进行介绍及实效分析。

Oneof the important factor of affectinglargescale construction enterprise’ core competitiveness is its Informatization. However, in theprocss ofinformatization, the standardization efforts made by chinese largescale constructionenterprises were not enough, leading to the redundantconstruction ofinformation systems and data production. Mass informatization data ofconstruction enterprise is trapped in the single information system, can not bereused by other systems, resulting in the waste of data resources. Therefore befaced with huge amounts of data generated by numerous subcompanies anddepartments,the largescale construction enterprises is urgent to build apublic platform for data sharing and exchange –it’s the data center.From thispoint, this thesis is to explore related points about the data center andtechnical specifications.
Firstly,thisthesis is analyzing the problems put up in the process of largescaleconstruction enterprises informatization, pointing out that building astandardized data exchange and designing a sharing processes and the interfaceis the way to solve the problem;And then study the development ofinformatization the largescale construction enterprises at home and abroad,aswell as the research situation of the data sharing standards,and the draw thepurpose and significance of the data center technical specifications.
InChapter III, this thesis directly turn into the conceptual analysis of the datacenter by concluding the development process of the data center and the mainfunction in respective stage of development,what’more, analyzing its status androle to some degree. Focus on standards and norms related to data centerconstruction and also made a tentative summary.
This thesiswill introduce a standards for largescale construction enterpriseinformatization and its conceptual analysis of the relevant theory.And then toexplore a standards system frame for large-scale construction enterpriseinformatization in Chapter IV.
The ChapterV of this thesis will focuses on the theories and research results related tothe technical specifications of the data center at home and abroad,and toexplore the design of the content of technical specifications of the datacenter upon a theoretical level.
Finally,the thesis made an analysis of the informatization situation of one famous enterprise, including hardware andsoftware configurations,as well as the use status of existing systems, and tointroduce the solution of data center program in one famous enterprise,in the end to make ananalysis of its effectiveness.
