进入21世纪,随着我国经济和城镇化发展进程的不断加快,城市轨道交通包括地铁、轻轨、磁悬浮开发等已经在全国陆续展开,轨道交通的建设已经成为众多城市开发的重点目标。与其他工程不同,在轨道交通工程中,设备所占的投资和工作量相当大,有时甚至可以达到50%多。设备系统不仅自身技术复杂,并且子系统间、与土建之间接口协调复杂,如何以最佳方式对设备进行组织和管理,一直是管理人员长期探索的问题。
文章分析了轨道交通在国内发展的现状,提出了设备接口管理是轨道交通建设方目前亟需解决的重要问题,而传统的接口管理方式存在着工作量大、容易发生混乱和遗漏等弊端。为应对这些问题,文章提出了利用信息技术的接口管理方式。文章解释了设备接口的概念,重点分析了设备接口匹配原理、匹配过程和匹配度,阐述了设备接口管理信息化的意义,并设计了设备接口信息化平台的总体结构、技术架构,提出基于互联网形式的系统实现方式。文章最后以沈阳地铁的工程应用为例,介绍和展示了系统的各种功能和系统取得的实效。
本文的研究涉及到系统工程、机械工程、土木工程、管理科学、信息科学等多学科的交叉和融合,提出了有效解决我国轨道交通建设中设备管理问题的理论方案、关键技术和具体实施方法,对我国轨道交通建设具有一定的指导意义,拓宽了轨道交通企业设备管理的方式,并为轨道交通信息化管理的进程起到了一定的推动作用。

After21 century, with the development of economy and urbanization process in ourcountry, the urban mass transit, including the metro, the light railway, andthe magnetic levitation etc which now are in progress, it presents the tendencyof fast development about urban mass transit by lots of cities. Compare withthe other projects, the investment and the workload in the equipment systemplay an important role in the urban mass transit construction, sometimes it canreach more than 50%. Not only the equipment system itself, but also thetechnologies, and the interface between the subsystems and constructions aremuch more complicated. How to carry on the organization and the managementabout the equipment in the best way, becomes the issues which the researchersneed to discuss for a long while.
Inthis thesis, the situation of the urban mass transit in China has beenanalyzed. Then, it mentions that the equipment interface management is bigproblem in urban mass transit construction which met some trouble likeconfusion, missing etc. To solve that problem, this thesis proposes to useinformation technology to improve interface management. It explains the conceptof the equipment interface and the principle of the equipment interfacematching、the matching processand the matching tolerance. It also shows the meaning of the equipmentinterface management and designs to setup the framework of equipment interfacemanagement system in order to create coordinated working environment for allentities related to construction. In the end, it introduces the application ofthe function through the equipment interface management system in Shenyang metroconstruction.
Thestudy involves many majors, such as system project, mechanical engineering,civil engineering, management science, information science etc. It revealed thetheoretic method, the key technology, and the specific method. The researchachievement has the certain instruction significance to the urban mass transitconstruction of our country, and has widened the organization mode of equipmentmanagement, at the same time it has prompted the implementation of the urbanmass transit Informationization management inpractice.
