摘 要

   21 世纪是我国大规模建设地铁的时代，涉及地铁建设安全的研究多集中在城市轨道交通信息化施工领域，信息化施工的主要内容是施工监测。施工监测信息化研有利于保证我国地铁施工工作安全进行，提高信息化施工水平，确保信息化施工效果；有利于预防减少地铁施工中的安全事故，降低施工中的人员伤亡和节约工程费用；有利于我国地铁建设的推广，促进我国城市轨道交通建设的发展。

   本文分析了我国施工监测现状、施工监测方法及施工监测中的不足之处，总结了现在我国施工监测中存在的问题。在施工安全管理理论的指导下，提出了信息化的解决方法。文中在结合武汉市地铁施工监测信息化管理的情况下，研究地铁施工中施工监测技术、监测数据处理、监测信息反馈三个方面。重点在于监测信息反馈的研究，在对监测数据分析基础上确定不同的施工安全等级，建立不同风险等级情况下的信息的传递，与信息的处理机制，通过地铁施工监测信息化的管理方式来实现该信息反馈机制。研究立足于对施工安全情况的控制上，通过对各安全等级下的信息发布和信息处理，来解决地铁施工中的安全问题。最后通过武汉市地铁安全控制系统在实际工程中的应用，介绍展示了施工监测信息化研究的实际应用情况。

   本文的研究基于多学科的交叉基础之上，为我国施工监测中的问题，提出了信息化解决方案。对于我国地铁施工安全管理的发展有一定的推动作用，具有重要现实意义。

Abstract

   The  21st  century  is  era  of  our  country’s  metro  construction,  metro  construction  inChina commonly used principle of NATM. The main elements of   NATM is monitoringand feedback. The study on information technology of metro constructionmonitoring willhelp  ensure  the  safety  of  our  metro  construction,  and  improve  the  level  of  informationmanagement of construction. The study on information technology of metro constructionmonitoring  will  help  preventing  and  reducing  construction  accident,  and  reducing casualties and saving cost.

   This  paper  analyzes  the  status  and  the  inadequacies  of  our  country’s  constructionmonitoring, and sum up theproblems of our country’s construction monitoring. Proposedinformation  technology  solutions,  under  the  guidance  of theconstruction  safetymanagement theory. The study based of the metro construction monitoring management inWuhan,  concentrates  on  three  aspects,  which  is  construction  monitoring  techniques,monitoring  data  analysis,  monitoring  feedback.The  paper  established  different  level  ofconstruction  safety,  then  established  the  different  information  transmission  and  differentinformationprocessing  mechanism  in  case  of  different  level  of  construction  safety.  Thestudy  based  on  the  control  of  construction  safety,  to  solve  the  metro  construction  safetyproblems. In the end, according to the application of the Wuhan Metro Security ControlSystem, introduced the using of information technology of metro construction monitoring.

   The study based on multidisciplinary, Proposed information technology solutions forour  country’s  metro  construction monitoring.  It  plays  an  import  role  in  promoting  themetro construction safety management, It has important practical significance.
