摘 要
随着经济的飞速发展,我国的建筑业进入了高速发展的轨道。研究精益建造的看板理论有利于提高建筑工程的管理水平;有利于改善建筑工程中出现的工期和材料供应的瓶颈;有利于减少建设工程中的浪费,提高生产的效率,最大程度地减少工程中的浪费,推动了建筑行业的整体发展。
本文从国内外相关文献着手,针对建筑施工过程中的一系列问题,应用看板管理理论和相关的信息技术,构建了钢筋看板的系统和信息化模型。首先,本文探讨了从精益制造领域引入的精益建造的管理理论。结合国外的典型案例,综述国内建筑行业实施看板管理的理论。其次,比较传统管理理论和看板管理的异同,从看板的源头、准时化生产、看板原则等多方面分析看板的运作机理。结合最末计划系统,得出看板的核心是准时化生产。最后,结合国内工程实际,以钢筋工程入手,设计在钢筋工程中如何实施看板管理。并从信息设计、流程设计、系统设计三个方面分析钢筋工程实施看板管理系统的策略。结合浙江省的嘉绍大桥工程,提出了在该工程中实施看板需要采取的措施和方法。
在建筑的钢筋工程中运用看板管理能显著改善钢筋工程的效益,同时能推广到其他建筑施工工程中去。精益建造在国内外学术界研究的前沿问题。本文只是对精益建造的看板管理提出了初步地分析和探讨,还需要在实际工程中不断地改善和发展。

Abstract
The rapid development of economy thrived the construction industry in China. Studyon Kanban theory in lean construction does help to improve the management level inconstruction. The theory is an effective way to eliminate the bottlenecks existed inconstruction supply chain. As the theory has the potential power to improve the productionefficiency and to minimize the waste in construction process, study on Kanban theory canpromote the development of constructionindustry.
The thesis presents research on construction Kanban theory in the field of leanconstruction, which is basedon the literature review of publications in China and abroad.The thesis uses Kanban theory to solve the problem in construction process and applies Kanban theory and information technology in construction process through analyzing the
Kanban management mechanism. Meanwhile, the research builds a Kanban system inreinforcement engineering by means of this theory. Firstly, lean construction originatedfrom lean thinking. The thesis summarized the theory system and tools of leanconstruction. Combined with typical cases in China and abroad, this thesis proposes
construction Kanban system theory. Secondly, just in time is the core of Kanban theorycombines with traditional management methods in construction, and the last plan method.Combining with engineering practice, this thesis implements Kanban method inreinforcement engineering through analyzing information design, process design andsystem design. Finally, some suggestions on implementation of Kanban system in Jiashao Bridge project are presented.
The application of Kanban system in reinforcement project can improve theproduction efficiency of construction industry. Once adopted in other construction process,it has the same positive effect as for reinforcement project. Lean construction used to be in the forefront of domestic and foreign academic research. The thesis only analyses the theory preliminarily, which leaves great space to be improved and developed in the actual project.
