基于知识库的建筑工程施工质量控制平台研究

摘 要

   事关人民生命财产的建筑工程质量始终是各方关注的焦点,如何作好工程质量的控制和管理将是一个永恒的主题。在新的政治、经济、社会和技术环境下,传统的质量控制和管理方式面临严峻的挑战。计算机技术、通讯技术、网络技术的发展,迎来了全球信息化的大潮,在机遇与挑战并存的时刻,建筑工程质量管理将如何发展,本文将开展一定的研究和探讨。

   本文以建筑工程质量各相关责任主体为应用对象,把现代管理学原理、系统论、控制论等先进的管理理念和方法物化到信息系统中。

   论文在分析传统质量控制方法不足的基础上,从整个建筑行业的高度,提出了建设行业级质量控制管理平台的构想,对质量控制平台的概念、内涵和意义做了阐述,并进行平台的总体框架设计;把知识库技术引入到平台的建设中,为实现平台智能控制、专家支持提供基础支撑;在分析各质量责任主体信息需求的基础上,构建了平台数据集成、数据挖掘实现的体系结构;分析建筑工程质量事故的特点和当前质量事故处理方式的不足,设计了基于平台知识库的质量事故处理流程,并研究了质量事故知识库的知识推理和事故案例的比选机制;充分利用和发挥业内专家知识,构建质量控制点设置知识库,设计了基于平台知识库的在线质量控制点设置流程;通过案例展示

了质量监督机构和施工企业的信息沟通和交互。

   最后,对本文的主要成果和创新点作了总结,指出本文的不足,并对未来的研究重点和方向进行了展望。

Abstract

         Closely  related  to  people’s  life  and  property,  project  quality  is  always  a  focus  inconstruction  work.  Undernew  political,  economic,  social  and  technical  environment,traditional  quality  control  and  management  approach  faces  stern  challenge.  Due  to  thedevelopment of computer technology, communication technology, and network technology,the  global  information  big  tide  has  entered  into  our  daily  life.  With  opportunity  and  thechallenge coexistingin the construction market at present, the thesis focuses on the study in the development direction of construction-engineering quality management.

   Taken each correlated responsibility parties in construction engineering quality as theapplication object, the thesis puts the modern management principle, the system theory, thecybernetics and so on the advanced management idea and method into the big information system.  

   The thesis analyzes the disadvantage in traditional quality control methodfrom theview  of  whole  construction  profession,  proposes  a  conception  of  quality  control  platformbased on construction profession level, expounds the concept,connotation and significanceof quality control platform, designs the overall frame of platform; Introduces the repositorytechnology in platform construction to realize the platform intelligence control and expertsupport; Develops a system structure for platform data integration and data mining throughanalysis  of  information  demand  of  each  responsibility  main  body;  Analyzes  thecharacteristic and insufficiency of current way in dealing with quality accident, designs thequality  accident  processes  flow  based  on  the  platform  repository,  studies  the  knowledgeinference about the quality accident repository and the election mechanism of accident case;Applying  expert  knowledge,  constructs  repository  about  the  quality  control  pointestablishment,  designs  online  quality  control  point  establishment  flow  based  on  theplatform  repository;  Demonstrates  the  information  communication  between  qualitysurveillance organization and the construction enterprise through the case.

   Finally,  sums  up  the  main  conclusions  and  creation,  points  out  the  shortages  andprospects the stress and orientation of the future research.
