摘 要
现如今,建筑业工程项目不断的向工作流程全球化发展,不断下降的施工效率正在削弱可靠而高利润地实施建筑项目的能力。对于业主和承包商而言,项目的施工进度控制目标直接关系到二者的重大利益,是工程施工承包合同能否顺利进行的关键。随着前期多方合作的不断发展和建筑信息模型(Building Information Model,BIM)技术的成熟,一种能够完整并合理利用全过程多方合作和 BIM 技术的交付方式是时代发展的必然。而综合项目交付 IPD 运用其独有的三方合同结合建筑信息模型 BIM 技术有效地促进了项目管理模式的发展,对进度管理具有良好的发展前景和推广意义。在此背景之下,本文对 IPD 进行深入研究,综合考虑采购-设计-成本-施工因素,进行基于 IPD 的协同进度管理优化设计研究,对促进现阶段 IPD 应用于进度控制进而促进生产具有建设性意义。
首先,本文详细介绍了综合项目交付原则及其实质。为了进一步利用 IPD,本文将 IPD 模式与传统项目交付方式进行了深入对比分析。其次,在本文对影响工程进度的主要因素进行深入探讨的基础之上,利用 IPD 有针对性地设计进度控制管理方法。再次,为了实现综合项目交付的协同进度管理,本文对协同理论进行了相关研究,然后根据协同管理所要求的要素结合影响进度的主要因素进行专门的协同进度优化设计。最后,本文为了验证该协同进度优化设计,深入嘉绍跨江大桥现场进行调研分析,并提出了解决方案。

Abstract
Nowadays, engineering projects’ work process is more and more globalized. For theowner and the contractor, the construction of the project schedule control target wasdirectly related to their economic interest. With the continuous development of thecooperation and the BIM(Building Information Model), it is inevitable that a completeand reasonable utilization of whole life cycle cooperation and technical delivery way willappear. And IPD(Integrated Project Delivery) uses its unique threeparties contract withBIM technology effectively to promote the development of the project management pattern. Under this background, this paper studied IPD deeply, considering purchasing–design costconstruction together, based on the synergy of progress management IPDoptimization design research, to promote IPD’s present application in progress control.
Firstly, this paper introduces the principles of IPD and its essence. In order to useIPD further, this article compared IPD mode with traditional way together for furtheranalysis. Secondly, in this paper, we researched the influence of the main factors on theprogress of the projects in detail. In the comprehensive analysis of the factors that affecttheprogress, we used IPD’s specific design schedule. Then, this paper researched therelated theory for collaboration. Andaccording to the requirements of the cooperativemanagement factors combined with the main factors that influence progress, wespecialized cooperative progress optimization and design. Finally, in order to validate thecollaborativeprogress optimization design, we went to Jiashao Bridge site to do surveyanalysis, and put forward solutions.
