幕墙工程供应链管理研究

摘要

现阶段,大型幕墙企业逐渐实现设计-施工-加工一体化的组织模式,这使幕墙企业工程管理从单阶段的节点管理上升到多阶段协同供应管理的层次。一方面,随着幕墙体系逐渐复杂化,业主对质量、工期要求日益严峻,如何有效的管理跨越多个地点的幕墙工程供应链,保证各实施主体工作的协同性、信息的及时沟通,从而提高整个产业链效率成为成为各幕墙工程企业十分关注的问题。另一方面,近年来,信息化建设已成为当代建筑行业不可或缺的管理手段,为提高工程管理效率提供了技术手段。所以,研究幕墙工程供应链的信息化管理模式具有十分重要的现实意义。

本文在国内外有关幕墙工程管理、工程供应链以及BIMRFID等信息化手段的研究基础上,总结了当前研究的不足;通过对比制造业供应链与建筑业供应链,分析幕墙工程供应链的结构、内涵,并总结了我国幕墙工程供应链管理所存在的不足及相应原因;在分析幕墙工程各阶段信息管理的基础上,提出适用于幕墙工程供应链管理的信息化手段BIMRFID,并构建出幕墙工程供应链的信息化管理模式,就供应链技术管理、物流管理、现场管理等三个层面详细分析了该信息化管理模式下的业务及管理流程;最后,本文以某会议中心的幕墙工程为案例,阐述了BIMRFID技术在该工程中的具体实施方法,从实践的角度证明了将BIMRFID技术应用于幕墙工程供应链管理中的价值。

本文所提出的幕墙工程供应链信息化管理模式,可以帮助幕墙企业及业主更高效地进行幕墙工程的管理工作,通过BIM等技术应用进一步提高供应链管理思想的实施效率,进而提高幕墙工程供应链的整体价值。本文成果对于相似的幕墙工程管理信息化建设具有一定参考和指导意义。

Abstract

At present, large-scalecurtain wall enterprises gradually implement the integration management modelof design - construction - processing, which putes the management objectives ofcurtain wall enterprise from a single phase management to the Multi-stage coordinationmanagement.On the one hand, as the curtain wall system becomes more complicatedwhile the requirements of quality and schedule become more strict, curtain wallcompany pay more and more attention to enhance the collaborative of owner’swork and the timeliness of communication, so as to improve the efficiency ofthe whole industry chain. On the other hand, in recent years, informatizationhas become indispensable to modern construction building industry as amanagement means, which provides a technical means to the improvement of theefficiency of project management. So, the research of the management mode ofthe curtain wall engineering supply chain has very important practicalsignificance.

Based on the theoryresearch of curtain wall engineering managementconstruction supply chain and BIMRFID technology at homeand abroad, this thesis summarizes the shortage of the current study. Thisthesis analyzes the structure and connotation of the curtain wall engineeringsupply chain by compapring manufacturing supply chain and construction supplychain, and summarizes the shortage and cause of the curtain wall engineeringsupply chain management .Combined with the current management status of curtainwall construction supply chain at board, this thesis summarizes the curtain thedefects in the curtain wall construction supply chain management at board andthe corresponding causes. The information management mode of curtain wallconstruction supply chain is obtained and the content in which is analyzed fromthe perspective of BIM, RFID and so on, by analyzing information management ateach stage of curtain wall construction in the thesis. And according to thismode, this thesis analyzes business and management processes of technology ofsupply chain management, logistics management, and site management. Finallythe concreteimplementation of BIM and RFID is raised by taking a conference center as anexample, which proves that BIM and RFID technology was valuable when beingapplied to curtain wall engineering management.

The information managementmode raised by this thesis can make the management work of curtain wallcompanies and owners more effective, and the overall value of the curtain wallconstruction supply chain will be further enhanced, and the operationalefficiency of supply chain managing thought will be further enhanced by theApplication of BIM technology. The thesis work has a certain reference valuefor promoting the information construction of curtain wall engineeringmanagement in our country.
