基于BIM的地铁车站机电设备维修研究与应用

摘要

我国城市轨道交通已进入高速发展阶段,然而地铁机电设备系统繁杂、可靠性要求高、维修工作量大,随着运营里程的增加,及时高效的地铁设备维修需求将带来更大的压力。传统的设备管理模式已难以满足高效维修管理的要求,通过有效的信息化手段来改善维修模式与策略、提高设备管理效率已成为一个重要课题。

本文首先通过对传统的各地铁设备维修管理模式的优劣性进行比较,分析BIM环境下设备管理实施手段,在此提出了基于BIM的地铁机电设备维修管理模式,并阐述了其设计框架和实施流程;同时确立了地铁机电设备维修管理BIM应用标准,根据统一的建模要求及编码规则完成了BIM综合模型的建立。其次分析了BIM维修管理系统的功能定位和信息需求,完成了基于BIM的地铁机电设备维修管理系统的设计与开发,并详细介绍了其可视化管理、信息管理和设备定位三大功能模块。最后,系统的应用效果在武汉地铁2号线中南路站的应用实践中予以验证。

研究表明,基于BIM的地铁机电设备维修管理系统采用可视化、信息化的管理模式,提升了维修工作效率。系统在BIM信息库中整合了设备从前期规划、设计、制造、安装直至投产使用的全寿命周期数据,并通过各功能模块为设备维修管理提供完备的数据交互与及时访问,有效避免了传统设备管理的信息不完善、筛选难、损失大等问题,提高了地铁机电设备运维管理工作效率。

Abstract

Nowadays, China'surban rail transit has entered a stage of rapid development. Theelectromechanical equipment of metro is so complex with large maintenanceworkload, but high reliability needed. With the increase in operating mileage,the safe and stable operation of rail traffic will faced with greaterchallenges. Traditional equipment management mode has been difficult to meetthe requirements of the efficient maintenance and management, through effectiveinformation means to improve the maintenance mode and strategy and then improveequipment management efficiency has become an important issue.

Firstly, aftercomparison and analysis of the maintenance management mode of the traditionalMetro electromechanical equipment,in contrast, a BIM-basedMetro electromechanical equipment maintenance management mode is proposed here,meanwhile its design framework and implementation processes is described here.A unified modeling requirements and coding rules is the foundation of modelbuilding. So we formulated the BIM application standard of Metroelectromechanical equipment maintenance management and then build theintegrated BIM model. Secondly, we completed the design and development of the BIM-basedMetro station electromechanical equipment maintenance management system after analyzedits functions and information needs, and visualization, information management,device targeting three main modules is elaborated. Finally, the effect of thissystem is verified by application of Central South Station in Wuhan Metro Line2.

Studies haveshown that, BIM-based Metro station electromechanical equipment maintenancemanagement system enhance the efficiency of maintenance work by usingvisualization, information management means. The BIMdatabase integratedthe whole process data from design and manufacturing to operateperiod, and provide a complete information service andinstant access through visual management, information management, equipmentpositioning and other functional modules for the equipment maintenance. Whateffectively avoid the traditional equipment managementissues ininformation imperfect, screening difficult and large losses, and improve the Metroelectromechanical equipment operation and maintenance efficiency.
