基于BIM的工程进度看板管理系统

摘要

在 21 世纪头二十年内,我国城市化进程不断推进,使得建筑工程行业进入了一个较为稳定的发展时期。工程项目进度管理是工程项目管理的三大控制目标之一,这也同样是实现项目效益标重要的保障之一。但随着人们对建筑工程要求越来越高,工程项目的规模也日益扩大,传统进度管理方法的使用得目前的工程进度管理工作面临越来多的困扰。因此,建筑信息模型(Building Information Modelling ,BIM)技术作为一种新工程项目管理理念、方法,成为了工程项目进度管理研究的新热点。利用BIM模型整合工程项目信息数据模型整合工程项目信息数据的特点,使项目参与各方实现协同工作,提高进度管理水平。

在当前的进度管理工作中,进度计划的制定与执行通常会因为现场多变的素 而产生矛盾,而传统的进度管理方法已经不足以解决这类问题。因此,本文提出以现场驱动进度计划优化的思路,并基于BIM技术的相关理论完善已有的进度管理措施,建立一套基于BIM的进度管理平台。平台以IFC标准建立数据管理系统,建立数据管理系统,并耦合 BIM 模型与看板管理看板管理系统,以此实现三维可视化的进度管理。BIM 模型与传统进度管理软件相链接,实现数据传输与共享,同时实现对BIM模型的实时修正,以数据驱动模型的功能。基于可靠性理论的进度预测方法,本文建立施工进度可靠性预测模型并与进度管理平台 进行耦合,以此实现基于BIM的施工的施工进度可靠性预测。为解决传统进度管理方法依赖管理者的工程经验进行未来度计划缺陷,并针对传统进度管理中信息递滞后的问题,增强各参与方对项目的交互管理,在现有的进度看板管理系统中引入新的问题解决机制以改进处理施工问题的方法。最后,结合实际案例,分析该平台的应用效果。

本文基于以现场驱动优化进度计划的思想,结合了BIM技术、看板管理技术以及可靠性预测理论在工程进度管理中的应用,为未来的项目进度管理工作提供了新的方法和思路。

Abstract

After entering 21 century,with the continuous progress of the urbanization process, China's constructionindustry has entered a more stable development period. Schedule     management is one of the three objectivesof engineering project management, and it is an important guarantee for therealization of project benefits. Due to the project scale expands day by day,the current schedule management by the limitations of the traditional methodsis facing more difficulties and many influence factors and problems isdifficult to use traditional schedule management plan solve. Therefore,building information modeling (BIM) technology has become a new hot point inthe research of the engineering project management. Using the characteristicsof BIM, such as model visualization and the integration of project informationdata, the parties who participate in the project can achieve collaborative workand improve the level of schedule  management.

At present, in the projectschedule management, due to the construction environment, the quality ofworkers, material transport and other factors, the schedule and the actualimplementation of the site is often contradictory. In view of this problem,this paper proposed schedule optimization based on field, and based on therelevant theory of BIM technology to improve the existing schedule managementmeasures, to establish a set of BIM based schedule management platform. This platform’sdata management system was based on IFC standard, and coupling BIM model andKanban management system, in order to achieve 3D visualization of the schedulemanagement. BIM model linked with the traditional progress management software,to achieve data transmission and sharing, while the implementation of the BIMmodel to modify the function of data driven model. The reliability predictionmodel of construction schedule was established by using the method ofreliability theory. To solve the traditional schedule management methods relyon the management of engineering experience for future schedule of defects, andin view of the problems in the traditional schedule management in informationtransfer delay, and enhance the participants of project of interactivemanagement, this paper introduced a new settlement mechanism to improve thetreatment of construction problems. Finally, the paper combined with the actualcase to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of BIM schedulemanagement method and analyzed the existing problems.

This paper which was basedon field driven optimization schedule combined with the BIM technology, Kanbanmanagement technology and reliability prediction theory in the progress of theproject management application and provided new methods and ideas for thefuture work of project schedule management.
