摘 要
地铁为城市重要的基础设施,地铁车站深基坑工程为地铁工程重要组成部分。广泛应用于地铁车站深基坑的钢支撑,其供应水平极大影响着基坑工程乃至整个地铁工程的质量与进度。目前地铁钢支撑材料及相关服务业务极为分散,且对于这种周转性材料在不同车站基坑之间也少有共享与周转,资源利用率低,采购成本、物流成本过高。由于缺乏信息技术手段的支持,钢支撑在物流阶段其供应的准时率和精准度有待改善;钢支撑供应链各方在设计、施工、监测等阶段技术协同性弱,难以对设计变更、监测超警等紧急情况进行快速响应。所以以供应链的视角研究地铁钢支撑十分有必要。
首先,本文在国内外有关工程供应链理论研究的基础上,通过分析地铁车站深基坑钢支撑供应链网络结构及全寿命周期使用现状,得出地铁钢支撑供应链管理在组织层面和技术层面存在的问题,从而结合供应链组织模式发展趋势及驱动对其供应链组织模式进行了重构,构建了集中化、整体业务外包的供应链组织模式,结合BIM、RFID、GIS信息技术构建了地铁钢支撑的信息化管理模式。然后,本文研究了在整体业务外包、信息化管理模式下,地铁钢支撑在物流阶段、现场供应阶段信息化供应的具体实施;也研究了钢支撑供应链各方在设计信息协同及变更响应、监测预警及超警响应方面的实施流程。在集中调度实施方面分析了调度平台建立的作用,并构建了材料周转调度的数学模型,通过MATLAB编制了周转调度路径优化的计算程序。最后,针对钢支撑供应链管理新模式下供应商的选择给出了切实可行、客观全面的评选指标体系,并通过带偏好系数的熵值法和层次分析法结合的评价方法展现了主客观偏好对评价结果的影响。本文对地铁钢支撑的供应链管理具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract
The subway is an important infrastructure for cities, and the subway station deep foundation pit is an important component of the subway project.As widely used in deep excavations, the supply levelofsteel pipe supportgreatly affectedthequality andschedulingofthedeep excavation and eventhe wholesubway project.Currentlythe supply ofthe steelpipesupport materials and related service are extremely scattered, andthere isless ofsharing between the different stations for this kind of turnover material, sothe utilization of resources is low, andthe cost of procurement, logistics costs are high. Due to the lack of information technology support, technical coordination is weak in the design, construction and monitoring phases, and the accuracy ofthesupply in the logistics phaseneed to beimproved,and it is more difficult to respond to changes in emergency situations.So study on thesubway steelpipesupport from the perspective of the supply chain is necessary.
First, based on the theoretical research onconstructionsupply chain,this paper analyzes the supply chain network structure and the life cycle ofthesubway steelpipesupport,and analyzes the problem of supply chain managementof thesteelpipesupportat the organizational and technical aspects. According to thedevelopmenttrend ofsupplychainorganizationmodel, this paperbuildsa centralized, business outsourcing supply chain organization mode.Based onthe study of the information meansof theconstructionsupply chainmanagement,this paper buildsthe information management model of metro steelpipesupport’ssupply chainwithBIM, RFID and GIS. Then, this paper studies the concrete implementation of informationalizedsupply in the logistics stage and the site supply stage under the overall business outsourcing and informationalizedmanagement mode, and also studies the supply chain coordination andthe quickresponsein emergency.In this paper, the function of dispatching platform is analyzed, and the mathematical model of material turnover scheduling isestablished. The calculation program of turnover scheduling path optimization is compiled by MATLAB.At last,a objective andcomprehensive evaluation index system is given for the choice of steelpipesupport suppliersin the new mode of supply chain managementof thesteelpipesupport, and the influence of subjective and objective preferences on the evaluation results is demonstrated by evaluationmethodcompared withtheAHP and entropy method.This paper has some guiding significance for the supply chain management ofthesubway steelpipesupport.
