基于BIM的南宁龙光世纪项目施工管理应用

本文就传统项目管理的劣势结合当前建筑业在信息化方面的发展趋势,提出基于建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling)——即BIM技术进行辅助项目管理的手段,以达到推广BIM技术实现促进建筑领域信息化发展,提高管理水平并有效增强企业核心竞争力的目的。

本文提出以BIM模型为载体,以工作面管理为主要手段的针对总承包现场施工管控方法。提出了一个BIM模型与施工管理(如成本、进度、质量、安全、资料等)的协同作用。

BIM为项目管理水平的提升提供了有力的支持,特别是在可视化、数字化和系统性方面,使项目不同的利益相关方可以深度参与整个项目过程,得到准确的数据,针对性做好过程安排。

最后,本文详细介绍了南宁龙光项目BIM技术应用实践情况,验证本文所阐述观点适合总承包施工项目现场管理。在施工时采用了BIM软件进行图纸优化,三维技术交底,碰撞检测等的辅助功能,能够实现项目建造中动态的、可视化的、精细化的探索,达到良好的建造效果。工程量统计确保项目报量无错误率,再根据前几次实际消耗量与理论量的对比,分析出现场浪费量比较大的区域,从而进行重点控制,为项目节约人力及资源成本。

Abstract

The core content of construction project management is to press construction, control the construction cost, and realize the benefit value. Project construction management includes progress, cost, technology, quality and safety management. However, under the mode of joint participation of a number of professional subcontractors in a general contracting unit, professionalism is not appropriate, and the differences in unit interests will affect the mutual exchange of information. It is very difficult for traditional management methods to achieve smooth flow of management.

In this paper, we combine the disadvantages of traditional project management with the current development trend of the construction industry in information technology, and propose a method based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to assist in project management to achieve the promotion of BIM technology to promote the construction sector. Informatization development, improve management level and effectively enhance the company's core competitiveness.

This paper proposes a construction management and control method based on the BIM model as the carrier and the management of the working face as the main means. A synergistic effect of a BIM model and construction management (e.g., cost, schedule, quality, safety, data, etc.) was proposed.

BIM provides strong support for the improvement of project management, especially in terms of visualization, digitization, and systematicness, so that different stakeholders of the project can deeply participate in the entire project process, get accurate data, and arrange targeted processes.

Finally, this thesis describes in detail the practical application of BIM technology in Longguang project of Nanning, and verifies that the viewpoints described in this paper are suitable for on-site management of general contracted construction projects. During the construction, BIM software was used to optimize drawings, 3D technology, collision detection, and other auxiliary functions. It can realize dynamic, visual and refined exploration in project construction and achieve a good construction effect. The quantity statistics of the project ensure that there is no error rate in the reported quantity of the project, and then based on the comparison between the previous actual consumption and the theoretical quantity, analyze the area where there is a large amount of wasted land, and then carry out key control to save manpower and resource costs for the project.
