智能医院物流系统仿真优化技术研究及应用

摘 要
近年来,随着医疗服务工作量的持续增长,国家和社会层面均对医院服务效率和质量提出了更高的要求。在智能医院建设发展新阶段,面向患者、医护、管理的医院智能系统应用在提升医院服务效率中发挥显著作用。智能物流系统作为医院智能系统的核心,是提升医院服务效率的重要工具。目前对医院智能物流系统的研究主要仅从系统功能的需求角度展开,而缺乏对其系统效率、成本等多因素约束下进行系统演化分析。本研究尝试从提升医院服务效率的角度出发,构建在不同智能物流系统方案作用下的物品传输效率和成本演化系统模型,提出智能物流系统的构建与优化方案,并结合实际工程案例,验证方案的可行性,对医院智能物流建设具有一定的指导意义。具体内容包括:
(1)建立了基于DEA-Tobit法的医院服务效率评价模型,从不同的医院智能系统应用维度对服务效率的影响进行分析,提出智能物流系统建设的关键因素构成。
(2)应用系统动力学方法,从服务效率和成本两个维度,建立了医院智能物流系统的演化仿真模型,结合光谷同济医院二期项目儿童医院工程案例,推演了不同智能物流系统方案下服务效率和成本的动态演化规律,得到智能物流系统建设优化方案,指导实际工程建设。
(3)构建了智能物流系统应用评价体系,应用TOPSIS方法,建立了基于经济效益、院感管理、医疗风险、建设改造条件、规范管理的多维度评价模型,对比分析了三个实际工程的智能物流系统的应用情况。
后疫情时代迎来智能医院的建设高潮,本研究以提升医院服务效率为目标,提出智能物流系统方案仿真优化技术,对指导实际工程建设及应用有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
In recent years, with the continuous growth of medical service workload, both national and social levels have put forward higher requirements for hospital service efficiency and quality. In the new stage of intelligent hospital construction and development, the application of hospital intelligent system for patients, medical care and management plays a significant role in improving hospital service efficiency. As the core of hospital intelligent system, intelligent logistics system is an important tool to improve hospital service efficiency. At present, the research on hospital intelligent logistics system is mainly carried out from the perspective of system function demand, but lacks the system evolution analysis under the constraints of system efficiency, cost and other factors. This study attempts to from the perspective of hospital service efficiency, build a logistics system solutions in different intelligence of items under the action of transmission efficiency and cost evolution system model, put forward the construction of intelligent logistics system and optimization scheme, and connecting with the practical engineering case, the feasibility of the validation protocols, have certain guiding significance to the construction of intelligent hospital logistics. Specific contents include:
(1) The evaluation model of hospital service efficiency based on DEA-Tobit method is established to analyze the impact of different application dimensions of hospital intelligent system on service efficiency and propose the key factors for the construction of intelligent logistics system.
(2) By the method of system dynamics, from two dimensions of service efficiency and cost, the evolution of the hospital intelligent logistics system simulation model is established, combined with the optical phase ii project at children's hospital of tongji hospital project cases, deduced the the service efficiency and cost under different intelligent logistics system scheme of dynamic evolution rule, intelligent construction of logistics system optimization scheme, guide the construction of practical engineering.
(3) The application evaluation system of intelligent logistics system is constructed. Based on TOPSIS method, the multi-dimensional evaluation model of economic benefit, hospital-oriented management, medical risk, construction and renovation conditions and standard management is established considering the operation efficiency of the system. The application situation of intelligent logistics system of three practical projects is compared and analyzed.
The post-epidemic era ushered in the construction of intelligent hospitals. Aiming at improving the service efficiency of hospitals, this study proposed the simulation and optimization technology of intelligent logistics system, which has certain reference value for guiding the actual engineering construction and application.
